Change account settings

After logging in to your account, click on the page top right banner and select "Settings". Here, you can edit your personal information, manage the account and the users associated to it and change security settings.

To edit the account settings, click on the "Edit Settings" button.

*1. Personal Info

Edit and/or change the account name, phone number or currency to display (USD or Euros). You cannot change the email manually.

2. Manage Accounts and Users

Edit and/or add users and roles. One account may have different users (e.g. company account) with different roles.

Click on the arrow on the right side of the user name to edit the role, add a profile picture, transfer account ownership (in case of account owners) and invite new users to the account.

3. Security and Login

Change your account password, login and withdraw confirmation methods.

When logging in to your account, you can either opt to receive a validation token on your email or enter using an authentication code generated by an app (e.g. Google Authenticator). We recommend using an authenticator code.

The withdrawals security process comprises three different methods: authenticator code, email or SMS. Before the submission of a withdraw request, you will receive a validation code via one of these three options. For extra security, we recommend using SMS or an authentication code generated by an app.
