If you wish to request for this information, please send us an email to [email protected].
To delete your account permanently, a request must be submitted through your Catappult console.
Go to Your Account and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
There, you will see the link to send us a request to delete your account permanently.
If you wish to request a refund, click on "See More" in the subscription section and then on "Request refund". Please note that the "Request refund" button will only be available during the first 30 days of the subscription payment. For more information about this, click here.
