My Apps

This section is dedicated to all application-related tasks. Here, you can submit new applications, manage existing ones, and access essential pages for managing the Sandbox environment, Tax Policy, and Secret Keys.

The landing view of this section displays a list of all applications in your account, with filters for status and operating system. Currently, we support the following statuses for applications:

• Draft
  • No version has yet been submitted for this application.
• Pending
  • A version has been submitted, but the application is not live. This may be due to pending ownership verification for the application or a lack of approved versions.
• Undistributed
  • The application is ready for release, but all its versions are set to undistributed.
• Distributed
  • The application is live and ready for distribution on our channels.

App View

By clicking on any application in the applications list on this section's landing page, you’ll be taken to the App View for that specific app, where you can manage all related data through various tabs:

• Details
  • This tab allows you to view your app's general information, such as its category and age rating, manage distribution countries and channels, access a list of all submitted versions, and submit a new version by clicking the Upload New Version button. To edit an app's general information, you’ll need to either submit a new version or request a metadata update for the latest version. However, you can adjust distribution countries and channels directly within this view. Please note that changes to distribution settings may take up to 24 hours to reflect for our partners, as they control the refresh rate for availability in their systems.
• Statistics
  • Similarly to the Statistics page, this tab allows you to check your app's performance, including sales and downloads, with options to filter data by country, and partner.
• In-App Products
  • This tab provides full control over your app's in-app products. Here, you can add new products, modify prices, and adjust the availability of existing products as needed.
• In-App Subscriptions
  • This tab provides full control over your app's in-app subscriptions. Here, you can add new subscriptions, modify prices, and adjust the availability of existing subscriptions as needed.
• D2C
  • Finally, this tab allows you to manage everything related to your Direct-to-Consumer configuration.

Version View

Clicking on any version in the application versions list within the App View will take you to the Version View for that specific version. Here, you can manage the version's availability using the distribution toggle, review the version’s metadata and files, and request a metadata update by clicking the Edit button if your app is not on Google Play or click on Update App Info if your app is on Google Play.
