When submitting a new version of your Android app, you’ll be presented with a form customized to your app’s specific context. Below is a list of all the possible cards (sections) that may appear, along with a brief explanation of each:

This card appears only if you haven’t yet proven ownership of your app. Its content will vary depending on whether your app is available on Google Play.

Use this card to indicate whether your app includes in-app purchases (IAP). If it does, you’ll be provided with helpful resources to guide you through integrating our billing SDK.

Here you’ll upload your app binaries (.apk and .obb files).
If your app is also available on Google Play, make sure to follow our PSV Formula when building your version.

This card appears when submitting the first version of your app. You’ll need to select the countries where your app should be available for users to download.

Also shown during your first submission, this card lets you choose the specific channels where your app will be distributed (e.g., Partner App Stores, OEMs, Carriers).

If your app isn’t on Google Play, or if you’ve requested manual metadata submission, this card will appear. You’ll be asked to provide essential details like category, age rating, and generic visual assets.

Similar to the previous card, this section appears if your app isn’t on Google Play or metadata is handled manually. You’ll be required to submit localized content for each supported language: title, description, release notes, and screenshots.

Data for Certified Developer Distribution Policy Annex

The final card is a compliance form required by Appendix A of our Certified Developer Distribution Policy. It asks for details about you, your organization, and your data privacy practices.

Once all required fields across the relevant cards are completed, you’ll be able to submit your app. You can choose to:

  • Schedule the release for a specific date and time;
  • Manually release it yourself;
  • Automatically publish upon approval by our team.

All submissions are manually reviewed by our admin team to ensure they meet our quality standards.
